The School of Thrift: Thrifty fabric bunting tutorial
I’m so excited that my latest tutorial for The Festival of Thrift has gone live today! It’s wedding week over at The School of Thrift and I was delighted to be asked to write some content for it. This time last year, we were in the middle of our wedding planning (which was well-documented on this little blog!) and it has been so lovely to think back to that happy time and share some of our ideas.
We were lucky enough to be able to borrow our family bunting to decorate our wonderful wedding venue, and the bunting is made from fabric contributed by Tom’s Aunt’s wedding guests a few years ago. It was such a lovely project to make and I thought this would make a perfect tutorial to share with you – you can recreate it with your friends and family for a wedding or any other special occasion!
This tutorial is available exclusively on the Festival of Thrift Google+ page – I’d love to hear what you think! Look out for more wedding-themed content this week too! 🙂

Very sweet that each of your family members contribute to the fabric. I popped over to School Of Thrift, very cool place! You’re the cutest one there. I spotted your luggage re-do too. Gorgeous.
Aww, thank you so much! I’m really loving being a part of it – doing the wedding posts has been great because I’ve been looking through all our photos again! 🙂
