Please read the following information about returns and exchanges carefully.
We hope that you will be extremely happy with your purchase! But if not, some items are eligible for return.
Handstitched items (e.g. hoops), kits or stationery which are returned in condition suitable for resale can be exchanged or refunded. This is subject to receiving contact from the customer within 14 days, and receiving any returned items within 30 days.
If you wish to return your item(s), you must contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase, stating why you wish to exchange or return the item.
The customer will arrange for the item(s) to be shipped back to the return address using the same method of shipping in which it was sent (e.g. 2nd class signed for postage for hoops).
Please note that the customer is responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item(s) for resale. Once the item(s) have been received and have been judged to be in condition suitable for resale, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded or an exchange will be arranged. Any exchanges will be for the original order amount excluding postage. Additional payment may be required to cover the difference of cost for new items and/or postage.
Please note that the Return Policy excludes returns of any printed patterns, items on sale and custom orders that are personalised in any way (e.g. name or colour).
