100 Happy Days
I imagine that most of you have heard of the #100happydays challenge by now, either via friends or family, or through social media. Several of my friends and family are part-way through the challenge and I was so inspired by their photos that I decided to take it on too!
We’re all super busy and it’s important to try to take note of the little things that can quite easily pass us by, and this challenge can help to record those moments. According to the 100 Happy Days website, 71% of people who try the challenge don’t complete it because they don’t have time – this is such a shame! All you have to do is register to take part via the website and the upload a photo a day to your chosen social media (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) using the 100happydays hashtag. If you don’t want your photos to be made public then you can email them to myhappyday(at)100happydays.com 🙂
I’ve been doing this challenge for a week now – here are my photos so far! I’m doing the challenge through my Instagram account, so pop over and say hello if you’d like to follow the rest of my challenge! Let me know if you’re doing it too – I’d love to see your 100 Happy Days photos! 🙂
