Today was such a beautiful day! We had a day catching up with friends and also had a bit of time to have a potter around the Quayside. Despite the fact that we work in the town centre, we don’t actually get down to the Quayside too often – although every time we do I always think ‘we should come here more often!’

The sun had brought a lot of people out who had obviously thought the same thing. We had a wander around the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art and went up to the viewing platform on the 5th floor – the view is great from up here!

I’ve got a new 360 degree photo app so had a play around with that too – I think the results are really cool! Will definitely be using this app quite a lot. I love the Sage on this photo – you can really appreciate the design of the building when you’re standing on the Quayside.
