After checking out we had a little bit of time before we caught the train back to York, which meant that we could have a little potter around. It was quite a foggy, dull day but we decided to go up to the Castle to see what we could see. Although it looks a little gloomy, it did actually clear up a little bit whilst we were there! 

 

The views from the castle are brilliant (even on a dull day) and from the top viewing point you can see both the north and south bays – obviously this called for a panoramic photo!

They reflect part of the British seaside style which is just brilliant. And the double 99 was yummy too! It was good to spot those little colourful beach huts and we’ll definitely have to go back one day for a closer look. Maybe on a warmer day![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
