Geometric meal planner DIY | Hello! Hooray! for Oh No Rachio!

Geometric meal planner

I’m so excited to be guest blogger over at Oh No Rachio! today! The lovely Rachel has recently set up a group for creatives over on Facebook and we connected through this, although I’ve been reading her blog for a while now. I designed this project to fit around Rachel’s inspiring fitness posts – a meal planner can be really helpful if you’re trying to eat well. We try to do this as much as possible, and it helps me to avoid buying things we really don’t need at the shops! See the full DIY tutorial here – and be sure to check out the Oh No Rachio blog and shop too!

Felt fox brooch

Felt brooches

In case you missed my post, I have been featured in issue 47 of Craftseller magazine as their Blogger of the Month – yay! I am super excited about this (as if you hadn’t guessed!), especially as I was asked to design a copyright-free tutorial for their website. The design that appears there is a little bird felt brooch, but I had lots of other ideas when I was designing it and I thought I would put a bonus design on my blog too! Read More

I have had this project in mind for a while now and then I spotted this gorgeous fabric by Cloud 9 on sale in John Lewis and I knew that they would be perfect craft storage – and at Β£7 per metre it was a bargain too! Bauble garland

Christmas bauble garland

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, and although we’re not having a tree this year (on account of our fridge freezer and washing machine camping out in our living room) we have put up a couple of things to try and bit a little bit festive! I had my eye on these gorgeous mini glass baubles from Paperchase for a few weeks, and then came up with the idea for this little garland. The baubles are 2cm in diameter, so are just perfect for this project! It’s SO easy to make and you can have it made and on display in about 20 minutes. Yay!
