Booking a craft workshop
Workshops are booked on a first to pay, first served basis. They can only be booked through the Hello! Hooray! website and you must be 18 or over to book and attend a course.
Please note that half of each payment is taken as a non-refundable deposit. So if the workshop is £30, this means that the non-refundable deposit is £15.
If you are unable to attend
Workshop places are non-transferrable, so if you are unable to attend the workshop you cannot exchange it for a place on an alternative one.
You can, however, send someone else in your place. Please email me at least 24 hours before the start of the workshop to let me know that this is the case. I’ll need to know the name of the person who will take your place and their contact email address and phone number.
I reserve the right to cancel workshops, and will endeavour to give as much notice as possible if this is the case. Cancelled workshops will be rearranged at no extra cost to customers who have booked a place on the original workshop. If you would prefer to have a refund then the full cost will be returned to you.
If a workshop is cancelled, you will be contacted on the email address given at checkout.
Files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Files are in pdf format, and size is stated in the product description.
Because of the nature of digital products, purchases of my digital patterns cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you have any questions about this in relation to your order, please contact me via email firstname.lastname@example.org
